Second Chance coming my way?

You might say Mateo is a Third Chance dog... He found himself not once, but Twice at a kill shelter NC. The second time was due to no fault of his own. His owners simply were not taking care of him and asked to please surrender him. We seen something in those puppy dog eyes and decided to save him from death row. 
Since coming to PA Mateo has not been able to be in a true home setting. He was in a home with 6yr old set of twins previously. He seems "ok" with most dogs, and a bit protective of his "person". He will let you know if a stranger is near when outside. Mateo is in desperate need of a foster/adopter who is patient, consistant, and Loving yet firm.
